Finally..... today, I can share some Fabby Shabby News with you all  !!

Last month I entered a shabby creation into the

 ’Let’s get Shabby‘ Challenge #27,

 it was also an application to be a part of their talented Design Team…

…and I was absolutely thrilled to receive some fantastic news just recently,

I am now officially a new member of the

Let’s Get Shabby DT team!!

Wahoooo,

my first DT post !!

5 item - September trade

OMG...where does the time go?...

Birthdays, sick kids and family dramas  !!!

I'm so behind with everything  !!

So back to some swaps....

I love it!! I do love a fairy and I adore what she has done with all her embellies....

Just love our little swaps, and look forward to seeing what drops through the letterbox each month :)

This month it is my turn to send out the goodies, so being has it's Halloween next month.....

Can't wait to see what we both end up doing with these items..

So I was inspired by these little beauties...

It was mainly the colours that inspired me...

Now, I was intending on creating a scrappy layout...

...but this little grey vintage style babies dress

(another 20p boot sale (flea market) bargain !)

...was just begging to be altered in an array of greys, blues and creams !!

a HOME is where the heART is.....

...and a quiet Home it is today

The boys have gone back to school and college...

Phew...

The decorating is nearly complete !

It's amazing what a fresh lick of paint can do to the place....

I'm just Loving the shade of duck-egg blue in the kitchen

 ...and in the Lounge

All this re-decorating has been Hard Work,

and  has worn me out,

 I've gone and caught a rotten summer cold,

 So... feeling a little rough at the moment!
